"I cannot recommend Proposals enough. Karen and Paige were absolutely fantastic. I was pretty nervous about finding a wedding dress and had a few poor experiences in other shops. This all changed when proposals took me under their wing. They have an amazing selection of dresses, literally something for everyone. They even managed to make me (someone who doesn't feel comfortable being the centre of attention) feel relaxed and helped me pick the perfect dress. I cannot emphasise enough how happy I was with my dress. The team is professional, efficient, and are clearly very very skilled at what they do. You will not regret getting your wedding dress from proposals. "

"I didn't buy my wedding dress from Proposals but I really wish I had! I ordered my dress through another store but when my dress arrived they refused to do the changes they had previously agreed (even suggesting I use a nappy pin for my bustle). I contacted Proposals as I'd heard good things and despite it only been a few weeks to my wedding Karen said she couldn't see a problem making the changes I wanted even though my dress was very delicate. The shop is lovely and it seems to have lots of dress choices. I went in a few times for fittings and and each time the staff were friendly and accommodating even though I hadn't bought the dress from their shop. Unlike some bridal shops the staff here clearly know how to make each bride feel special and unique. My dress was beautiful before I took it to Proposals but Karen and her team made it even more amazing and it fitted me perfectly (and she put a small crystal button and loop for the bustle instead of the nappy pin the other shop suggested!). "I loved my experience here at Proposals Bridal Studio. As a very shy and anxious person all the staff made me feel really comfortable fast, allowing me to take everything at my own pace. They have a wide range of dresses in so many different styles. The price range is also very accommodating for smaller and larger budgets. All the staff are lovely and welcoming. "Karen helped me from start to finish with sorting my wedding gown. She helped make my dress fit perfectly and nothing was to much trouble she also altered my bridesmaid dress again going the extra mile accommodated my bridesmaids diabetic pump by adding a hidy pouch to her dress. Karen made the whole experience as stress free as possible. "

"Today I chose my wedding dress. I went to a few bridal shops and online stores. Proposals Bridal Studio were by far the best. Right from booking the appointment they couldn't have been more kind, helpful and interested. I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome even though I didn't have a big budget! I was offered refreshments and even cuddles when needed and when we left! I knew that this would be the place I would finally find the right dress for me. There were lots of dresses in many styles and sizes. The ladies couldn't have done more to make me feel at ease and like I wasn't wasting their time (And I wasn't an easy customer and was in there a while!) I can't recommend them enough. "I would recommend Proposals to everyone looking for their perfect bridal gown. The shop is beautiful and Karen and her staff are so friendly and welcoming. I immediately felt at home! Karen is an amazing seamstress and the alterations to my dress were perfect. She even did alterations for my 2 bridesmaids dresses (which were bought online) and they were so pleased. I really enjoyed the whole experience whilst visiting Proposals - I could never wait to get back for my fittings! It was fun and relaxed. "After trying on a few dresses at different shops my daughter couldn’t find the one , then we went to proposals and straight away my daughter found the one . "I was looking for a formal evening gown at short notice and, on the spur of the moment, popped into Proposals one lunchtime when I was passing - I'm so glad I did! They had just the dress I was looking for although it required alterations and these were made promptly and beautifully - you'd never know it's been altered by looking at it! Nothing was too much trouble and they were incredibly helpful. Next time I need a dress, I'll definitely be going back and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for either a wedding dress or evening gown. Thank you so much!! "

"Well what can I say...... would highly recommend Karen to anyone and I so wish I lived nearer and not in London. I searched everywhere for these particular Alfred Angelo bridesmaid dresses in a certain colour that had been discontinued. The weekend I was due to be on a one off trip to Manchester, I discovered Proposals in Conventry had the dress, the colour and sizes I wanted. I was soooo happy, I couldn't believe my luck. The problem I then had was I couldn't get to the shop on the Saturday and the shop was closed on Sundays. Karen kindly offered to take them on the Sunday to a show, so I could collect them, however we could not guarantee getting there on time. Karen gave us her personal number to contact her on our way back to London and she specially opened the shop for us to collect the dresses and she knew how desperate I wanted them. I couldn't believe how helpful she was, it was great and it made my day. Karen was in constant contact with me. If I hadn't already purchased my bride's dress I certainly would have from her. The dresses in her shop were so beautiful, as well as the shop and the service fantastic :-) - thank you so much Karen. Karen even took my details so she could wish me a happy wedding day later in the year - how lovely is that :-) "

"I visited this shop along with many others, I was greeted by Paige who was very helpful and friendly and allowed me to try on as many dresses as I wanted;the selection is fantastic. Even though I found my dress from somewhere else, after a complete nightmare where another Coventry shop almost ruined it with their shoddy alterations, I called Karen from Proposals who was able to not only fix what the others had destroyed but alter my dress faultlessly, the service and work was so good that I also took my bridesmaids dresses in and mother if the bride's so that they could be perfected also. After a near disaster I am extremely grateful to Karen for saving the day and doing such a wonderful job. Whether its buying a dress or just the alterations needed, I thoroughly recommend Proposals. "While prom, dress shopping we had a lovely lady, Carol help me she made me feel so comfortable and made sure I walked out with the most perfect dress she was so lovely and gave many compliments. "Getting married today (awake at 4am) this shop s amazing.i had been to so many other shops where because I am a little larger than normal I was made to feel ugly. Not here. "I visited Proposals as my first bridal shop and fell in love with the first dress I tried on. I'd been told by friends that the staff make all the difference when you are looking for your wedding dress, I can honestly say this is true. Kay was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and she was enthusiastic. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt like she was there to help as much as was needed. I didn't feel pressured and there was no hard selling. It all was very personal and very private. I would highly recommend this shop to any brides! I'm very glad I chose to go there first. "

"I went to the NEC wedding show and found "THE DRESS" I instantly fell in love with a beautiful Ian Stuart dress, but unfortunately the one they had wasn't my size. As soon as I got home I went straight on the Internet, typed the name of the designer and the dress name and up popped proposals. I contacted Karen via email after seeing the dress I wanted on the website, and even though it was a Friday evening and I knew the shop was closed, I still got a reply . We arranged for me to go in the next day for me to get my dress and I was so excited. Upon arrival at the store I was highly delighted to see a beautiful building which gave me a great first impression, I walked in the door and the beauty continued inside too. Straight away Karen acknowledged me and I felt at ease, she had the dress ready and waiting in a dressing room. I went in and tried it on and felt amazing. Karen is such a lovely person who is also very professional and helpful, and I've decided that after just meeting her once. My overall experience with Proposals is absolutely brilliant, I am so glad I had the chance to go there and I could not recommend them more!! "

"We ordered my daughters prom dress from Carol at Proposals at short notice, 10 days before the prom, as we wanted to make sure lockdown was lifted and that the prom would go ahead before we bought a dress. From the start Carol made my daughter feel relaxed and special. She ordered in the dress which my daughter had chosen but Carol was not happy with the quality and arranged for a new dress to be delivered. We were away until the day before prom and the dress was altered on the morning of the prom within 2 hours. We had the absolute best service from Carol and her team and I would highly recommend them, they really do go the extra mile and make you feel so special thank you so much xx "

No dress I saw ticked all the boxes but the Ladies at Proposals were very patient, friendly and helpful and completely altered the style of dress from adding colour, removing the train, and making it shorter.
