"An amazing experience at Proposals! After visiting over 30 bridal stores my last stop was Proposals. I was impressed before I even entered the store. The decor is stunning, definitely the most beautiful bridal store in the Midlands. Karen is wonderful! Extremely talented and helpful. Beautiful choice of dresses and accessories. She did an amazing job on my alterations and my flower girl dresses were out of this world! She treated my like a friend and even though she is dealing with loads of brides everyday she would always remember my name when I called. Two days before I was due to fly (I got married in Jamaica), I weighed myself and found I'd lost half a stone without realising. My dress was too big and I called Karen up crying. She was so kind to me. She fitted me in straight away and altered the dress within an hour. I am so thankful to her because I was in absolute despair! Thankyou Karen for all your advice and expertise!! I am so grateful I chose Proposals. I will definitely be recommending you to my family and friends!! "

"Carol I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for being a part of making my wedding so special. I’ve had a wonderful experience at proposal bridal. After visiting 15/16 bridal stores hunting for the perfect dress last min I had lost hope. As I was shopping last minute I could only buy dresses off the peg and this is the reason why I have been really struggling to find a perfect dream dress in my size as I didn’t want to settle for less but I was so blessed to have come across proposal bridal store online I can Certainly say that Carol has beautiful, mesmerising bridal dresses off the peg in all different sizes in store. I‘m really happy to have finally found my dream dress here at proposal bridal Coventry. Carol has really looked after me and has been so caring, loving and patient towards me a down to earth person who has made my experience super special. "Well what can i say about Karen, she is absolutely amazing!!! I bought my dress from a different shop and found Karen for my alterations. It was so much work due to having lace and so many layers, and she made little work of it. She did an absolutely amazing job in no time at all and even picked little details out to be sorted to make sure the dress was absolutely perfect! Even her daughter did an absolutely amazing job with infilling a jewelled belt for my wedding dress, and you wouldn't even know it had to be done!! I couldn't believe the difference when i put my dress back on for my last fitting!! She also did my bridesmaid's dress, which again had so much detail to mess around with for the alterations, and she made it fit perfect, even my bridesmaid couldn't believe it and how well it fitted after!! Karen is absolutely amazing at her work and doesn't waste time. Karen has done so much work for me, and even the little bits that matter! I thank her so so much!! Have recommended her to so many people, and would definitely take anything i needed altering in future to her without doubt!!! "

"Today we were supported by the warm and bubbly Chloe. She went the extra mile to make myself, my mum and my Nan feel comfortable and welcome. I was an anxious plus size bride who panicked about not being comfortable trying on dresses. She told me that the word “fat” is a swear word and I simply hadn’t found “my shape yet”. I had such a lovely experience with her and we giggled and cried all at the same time. Thankyou so so much for making the start of my wedding journey one to truly remember. "

"I am absolutely over the moon with Proposals Bridal Studio. I was a extremely nervous about shopping for a bridal gown as I had no idea what I was looking for. I was greeted by Paige and orientated to the layout of the gowns with my Mum and sister which was very helpful. We were left to have a look and pick a few styles to try on and Paige was on hand for any advice. Paige was very knowledgable about the gowns and accessories, she made me feel really comfortable and really made the experience special and one to remember. She listened to things I was suggesting and picked out gowns that she thought would suit my body shape. I loved every second of my visit and so did my Mum and sister, I felt like I was the only "bride to be" in the world! I would recommend Proposals Bridal Studio 100% and I look forward to going back when my dress arrives! Thank you so, so much. "

"Having searched for a wedding dress I had in mind, I finally found it at Proposals. Karen was helpful, knowledgable and gave her opinions in an honest and professional way. "I was extremely nervous about my first visit to a bridal shop, I thought I'd feel very out of place and uncomfortable but everyone at Proposals were so nice and welcoming they made me feel instantly at ease. Karen also ordered in a dress for me that I had fallen in love with whilst browsing on the internet, after trying it on it didn't feel quite right and we soon realised it was just because it had thick straps which swamped me a bit. To my amazement Karen said that she could remove them for me and I'm so glad that I went for it! I now have the most stunning (and unique) dress and the work everyone has put into it has exceeded my expectations. Nothing was too much trouble (I'm getting married abroad next year and they're even going to pack it into my flight box for me), everything was checked with me as we went along to make sure it was all Ok and I've loved every visit to Karen's extremely beautiful shop...I'm really going to miss them! I literally cannot thank Karen and her amazing team enough xxx :O) "

"Karen and her team have been friendly, helpful and understanding: from the initial choice of bridal gown through to fittings of bridesmaids dresses purchased elsewhere. They have made appointments for fittings around both bride's and bridesmaids' university terms and work schedules, and always welcomed me, mother of the bride, with warm smiles and calming humour! They know their art, and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone I knew who was getting married. "

"I didn't buy my wedding dress from Proposals but I really wish I had! I ordered my dress through another store but when my dress arrived they refused to do the changes they had previously agreed (even suggesting I use a nappy pin for my bustle). I contacted Proposals as I'd heard good things and despite it only been a few weeks to my wedding Karen said she couldn't see a problem making the changes I wanted even though my dress was very delicate. The shop is lovely and it seems to have lots of dress choices. I went in a few times for fittings and and each time the staff were friendly and accommodating even though I hadn't bought the dress from their shop. Unlike some bridal shops the staff here clearly know how to make each bride feel special and unique. My dress was beautiful before I took it to Proposals but Karen and her team made it even more amazing and it fitted me perfectly (and she put a small crystal button and loop for the bustle instead of the nappy pin the other shop suggested!). "I went into proposals with a image of the wedding dress I thought I wanted, after trying on many I the style of these dresses which the staff were so patient with, I found the perfect dress which turned out to be the complete opposite to what I had originally imagined. It was the Cinderella Bridal Gown, I loved the dress however I wanted sleeves and the back I my dress to have material in the see through area, the staff were very helpful, helped me to design what I wanted, gave me ideas but most off they made it possible and without any problems they created the beautiful dress I choose to a beautiful elegant, an very detailed dress, it was more than I had imagined. I was not the easiest I customers, and wanted the dress to suit my wedding theme which was English/Irish/Indian, and with the help of the staff here they created this. I can not thank you all enough, you helped to make sure I wore the perfect dress for me, I really did feel like a beautiful bride, especially when you only had 3 weeks to do my dress. "Proposals was the first bridal shop I went to...The shop has so much choice, Karen was really helpful and made my first experience of dress hunting a good one! I went to another two today and they didn't come close to the wonderful service And friendly approach I received. Would definately reccommend!! Thank you "

"Well what can I say...... would highly recommend Karen to anyone and I so wish I lived nearer and not in London. I searched everywhere for these particular Alfred Angelo bridesmaid dresses in a certain colour that had been discontinued. The weekend I was due to be on a one off trip to Manchester, I discovered Proposals in Conventry had the dress, the colour and sizes I wanted. I was soooo happy, I couldn't believe my luck. The problem I then had was I couldn't get to the shop on the Saturday and the shop was closed on Sundays. Karen kindly offered to take them on the Sunday to a show, so I could collect them, however we could not guarantee getting there on time. Karen gave us her personal number to contact her on our way back to London and she specially opened the shop for us to collect the dresses and she knew how desperate I wanted them. I couldn't believe how helpful she was, it was great and it made my day. Karen was in constant contact with me. If I hadn't already purchased my bride's dress I certainly would have from her. The dresses in her shop were so beautiful, as well as the shop and the service fantastic :-) - thank you so much Karen. Karen even took my details so she could wish me a happy wedding day later in the year - how lovely is that :-) "

"While prom, dress shopping we had a lovely lady, Carol help me she made me feel so comfortable and made sure I walked out with the most perfect dress she was so lovely and gave many compliments. My sister had her baby with her and she was so good with the baby and made sure we was all fine was so polite and did everything in her power to make sure we didn’t leave without address that I loved would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back for any occasion where I can wear a dress "

"We ordered my daughters prom dress from Carol at Proposals at short notice, 10 days before the prom, as we wanted to make sure lockdown was lifted and that the prom would go ahead before we bought a dress. From the start Carol made my daughter feel relaxed and special. She ordered in the dress which my daughter had chosen but Carol was not happy with the quality and arranged for a new dress to be delivered. We were away until the day before prom and the dress was altered on the morning of the prom within 2 hours. We had the absolute best service from Carol and her team and I would highly recommend them, they really do go the extra mile and make you feel so special thank you so much xx "

"Not being extremely girly or having any idea of what kind of dress I was looking for Karen and her team came to my rescue. With their knowledge and eye for detail with just one look at me they pointed me in the right direction, I now have the most fabulous dress which is definitely more me than I could have chosen. "Getting married today (awake at 4am) this shop s amazing.i had been to so many other shops where because I am a little larger than normal I was made to feel ugly. Not here. "I have just got back from my wedding in Cyprus which was amazing. What made the day fantastic was how my wedding dress turned out, I am only 5'2 and of slim build. When I first walked into Proposals I was overwhelmed with the dresses on offer and thought how can these dresses be altered to fit my size and frame ?. I was very quickly put at ease by the staff at Proposals who assured me that any of the dresses could be altered to fit any size, after choosing my second gown as I realised the first gown wasn't for me. I found exactly what I required from the moment I put on the second choice dress I couldn't stop smiling. Within 4 weeks my dress was altered to fit my frame I really couldn't believe what Karen and her team had managed to do. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Karen and her staff for their time and professionalism I am one very happy customer :-) "
